"Ticket" means Maestro Concert Tickets, used within the application.

We collect, store and use the sign up information as to provide a service and communicate with the users. Other than the email address, no other sensitive information is needed nor collected. We do not give your information to any third party.
Some user activities will be logged for the maintenance and backup purposes.
We do not collect the data of user's composed music in our database unless it is uploaded to the concert hall by the user.
Maestro is for personal and private use. We will have no liability to you for any loss of data and loss of profit.

Using Maestro’s Concert Hall

The initial uploader has the full responsibility of the uploaded music. We do not take responsibility for the uploaded music or its copyright. We respect copyright law and expect our users to do the same. We reserve the right to remove or disable the music from the Concert Hall that involves a copyright issue.
The uploaded music is stored on a hosted web server and protected by their security system but we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In case of the data saved on the server being lost or damaged, including the tickets, we do not reimburse them in any form of money but we will surely do our best to restore them as much as possible.
You are responsible for what you are uploading. This application is for everyone, please consider the title, subtitle and lyrics of your music before posting.
Music containing inappropriate words may be replaced or removed from the concert hall without notice.

FUTURE SCULPTOR PTY LTD reserves the right to modify this privacy policy. Your continued use of services will signify your acceptance of the changes to this privacy policy.
